You would be fine most of the time. When it gets below freezing, you can have some potential issues with the pressure settings as they are controlled by spring tension. You could also get ice in the unloader line which could cause it to draw excessive amps on start up. If you have the ability to keep it above freezing, that would be best or warm it up a bit before starting. Once it is running, it will create heat and you shouldn't have any issues. As for the 100 degrees, it will operate fine. The hotter the ambient temperature, the more moisture can be carried over, so you may see more water than cooler, less humid times.
