The Jenny pump is good for 3 - 5 HP. The size of the required motor pulley depends on the RPM of the motor. We know the target RPM of the pump (760) and the flywheel size (16"). If you take pump RPM x Flywheel Size and divide it by your motor RPM, you will get the size needed for your motor pulley. It would need to be a 2 groove, A section pulley.
