Yearly, or every 2,000 hours is the recommendation
What is the cut on and cut off pressure and can it be adjusted?
VERY easily adjustable. It depends on the design pressure, if it's a 150 psi machine, I believe it is 135-145 psi, if it's a 115 psi machine I believe is 100-110 psi. However, the controller is very user friendly, and both cut on and cut off pressure are very easily adjustable. 1688 is the password for the controller.
