how can you switch between voltages or does a EG22-125 have to be ordered for specific voltage

customer has a EG22-125 not sure if I can use 460 V or how to tell what it was previously wired as

The EG units are voltage specific. If they have a 460 volt compressor and they need 230V, there may be some components needed to make the switch along with some wiring changes. It would be best to contact Elgi directly to find out exactly what is needed.
